INTRODUCER’S AGREEMENT

Between:

• CLUB10MPLUS LIMITED a company registered in England with company number 13234055 and whose registered office address is 142 Cromwell Road, London, England, SW7 4EF (“Club10m+”); and

• [NAME] of [address] (the “Introducer”).

1. Agreed Terms

1.1                Club10m+ agrees that if the Introducer introduces any person, company or other organisation to Club10m+, who uploads an investment project or property for sale which is posted on the Club10m+ website, and a transaction is then completed with a Member of Club10m+ which results in Club10m+ receiving a commission fee, then the Introducer shall receive 25% of any commission fee which Club10m+ receives from that introduction.

1.2                Each party undertakes that it shall not disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients or suppliers of the other party, except as permitted by clause 1.3 or where required for the purposes of this agreement.

1.3                Each party may disclose the other party’s confidential information to its employees, officers, representatives or advisers who need to know such information for the purposes of carrying out the party’s obligations under this agreement.

1.4                This agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the law of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
