Women in Business
Times have changed for the better, the breakaway from society’s structure with women staying at home. Men were known to only go out and do the work, however, men and women now have equal opportunities in any type of industry.
There could be instances where there might still be discrimination but we are glad that women are now empowered and valued.
Through our podcast Your Panther Pitch, we are able to speak to different business individuals with a variety of experiences which we learn from. You can listen to our podcast through our range of channels and gain knowledge from the best.
Our first batch of interviews on our podcast was a mixed group of women from all types of industries who have achieved success and continue to do as well as been through tough situations but came out victorious and successful. These women also balance entrepreneurship and motherhood.
Learning from Four Amazing Women
We focused on women empowerment in our first month and so we had the privilege to speak with four amazing women and here are some of the learnings we can get from them.

Having a Magical Conversation with Dr. Pauline Crawford
How can you be a great conversationalist?
The best conversationalists listen. If you can make your conversation partner feel heard, you’ll foster a deep connection that will continue long after the conversation is over. You let them shine by telling more rather than you trying to grab the spotlight.
Now, how can you attain that magical conversation between men and women or amongst us?
We all deserve to be heard without prejudice or judgment whether we are men or women. Who doesn’t want to feel heard, loved, and listened to?
You need to listen, honor and respect each other. Our lives will grow stronger, deeper, and more sustainable if you understand the core differences that create our co-existence.
Dr. Pauline Crawford, the Ambassador of Magical Conversations, came up with these three simple rules on how to get a magical conversation:
- No judgment
- No anger
- No urgency
Simple as it sounds but simplicity is not an easy task. You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can feel the magic.
